  1. Big Fat Fun

Written by Jeb Harrison and Dave Casini.
Jeb brought in the first and second verse over a montuno and just repeating 'big fat fun' quickly as a chorus.
I wrote the food lyrics for the third and fourth verse and stretched out the chorus syllables.
I put the montuno in the marimba and put the bass line underneath it (from a fake afro-beat groove I had midi'd at home).
I also created the breakdown in the middle layering Kool and the Gang over KC and the Sunshine with Led Zeppelin. The chorus to end the song adds Hot Chocolate and Sly Stone for good measure.

On the album Pigs in a Blanket

Lyrics

VERSE 1 (Jeb):
When you see me walkin’
up and down the street
With my body boppin’
to that Bwana beat
I’m just lookin’ for my big leg woman - oh yeah

VERSE 2 (Jeb):
When I finally find her
in that low down shack
We make love on the front porch
We make love out back
She don’t care if I don’t bring home no bread
Don’t need much in big leg woman’s bed

CHORUS:
‘Cause she’s so big
She’s so fat
She’s just big fat fun
Baby you’re the one

VERSE 3 (Dave):
When the lovin’s over
in that low down shack
I get hungry
for a midnight snack
I’m just lookin’
for that down home cookin’ - oh yeah

VERSE 4 (Dave):
We take the Aunt Jemima
We take the Jimmy Dean
We make pigs in a blanket
Wipe the platter clean
Coffee cream and sugar to wash it down
Keep this up I’m gonna’ weigh three hundred pounds

CHORUS:
We get so big
We get so fat
We’re just big fat fun
Baby you’re the one

(breakdown)

VERSE 5 (Dave):
When the lovin’s over
in that low down shack
I get hungry
for a midnight snack
Coffee cream and sugar to wash it down
Keep this up I’m gonna’ weigh three hundred pounds

CHORUS:
We get so big
We get so fat
We’re just big fat fun
Baby you’re the one
